摘　　要：通过研究美国全球定位系统(GPS)、俄罗斯格洛纳斯卫星导航系统(GLONASS)、欧盟伽利略卫星导航系统(Galileo)在管理体制上的发展历史、演化过程及最新动态,了解其体系架构和管理模式,并通过分析我国北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)的系统架构、组织管理模式,在体系架构、应用管理、管理模式和机制变化与创新等方面,提出合理化建议,为优化BDS体系结构、提升系统的管理效率、完善管理方法提供参考借鉴。By studying the development history,evolution process and latest trends of the management system of United States’Global Positioning System(GPS),Russia GLObal NAvigation Satellite Systems(GLONASS)and Europe’s Galileo satellite navigation system(Galileo),we can understand their system architecture and management mode,and analyze the system architecture,organization and management mode of BeiDou navigation satellite System(BDS).In order to optimize the architecture of BDS,improve the management efficiency of the system,and improve the management methods,reasonable suggestions are put forward.
