摘　　要：中华体育精神是中华民族在长期体育实践中形成的具有历史性、民族特征和家国情怀的价值追求。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,研究中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的理论并指导实践,从中华体育精神的内涵和特征出发,厘析中华体育精神与高校思想政治教育之间的内在联系,洞见中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的重要意义;依据当前中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的现实困境,提出通过探索中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的有效途径,健全中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育机制和创新中华体育精神融入高校思想政治教育的模式,充分发挥中华体育精神育人价值,创新体育文化表达,提高思想政治教育实效性。Chinese sports spirit is a value pursuit with historical,national characteristics and national feelings formed in the long-term sports practice of the Chinese nation.In order to study the theory and guide the practice of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper adopts the methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the inner connection between Chinese sports spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the connotation and characteristics of Chinese sports spirit,and gains insight into the significance of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the current dilemma of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we propose to explore effective ways of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,improve the mechanism of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities and innovate the mode of integrating Chinese sports spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to realize the full play of the nurturing value of Chinese sports spirit,innovate the expression of sports culture and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
