摘 要:目的:评价转化式学习医学教学模式的改革对口腔医学教学的影响。方法:以我校口腔医学专业2011、2012级学生为对照组,采用传统的教学流程和单一的讲授方法;以2013、2014级学生为研究组,采用转化式教学方法,改革教学流程、整合教学内容、以学生为中心多种形式教学方法,并通过统计学分析比较2组学生毕业前理论、职业技能操作成绩及学生毕业考研情况,对教学方法进行评估。结果:研究组理论成绩和职业技能操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组考研过线率和录取率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:转化式学习下的医学教育改革促进口腔医学教育发展,提高了学生的综合素质。Objective:To evaluate the influence of the reform of medical education based on transformational learning on stomatological teaching.Methods:The students of grade 2011 and 2012 received the traditional teaching process and teaching method were selected as the control group.The students of grade 2013 and 2014 received transformational teaching methods,including reforming the teaching process,integrating the teaching content,and student-centered teaching methods were selected as the study group.The average scores of theoretical and professional comprehensive examinations before graduation and the results of postgraduate entrance examination were statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results:The average scores of the study group in theoretical and professional comprehensive examinations were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pass and acceptance rates of the postgraduate entrance examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The reform of medical education based on transformational learning can promote the development of stomatological teaching,and increase the synthetical quality of students.
