摘  要:对陕西某含铁TFe20.9%、TiO27.67%的低品位钒钛磁铁矿开展了矿石性质的研究,分析了矿石性质对选矿工艺及指标的影响,并进行了粗粒抛尾、原矿阶磨阶选流程及粗粒抛尾−阶磨阶选流程选铁试验研究,结合综合利用要求,推荐了适合本矿的最佳选铁工艺流程。结果表明,采用原矿阶段磨矿阶段选别流程后,最终可以获得铁品位为50.18%、TiO_(2)含量为13.84%、铁回收率为29.19%的铁精矿。以期为同类矿的开发利用提供技术指导依据。This paper studies the ore properties of a low-grade vanadium titanium magnetite containing TFe 20.9%and TiO_(2) 27.67%in Shaanxi Province,analyzes the influence of ore properties on the beneficiation process and indexes,and carries out the experimental research on the coarse-grained tailings throwing,raw ore stage grinding and stage separating process and coarse-grained tailings throwing with stage grinding and stage separation process.Combined with the requirements of compre⁃hensive utilization,the best iron separation process suitable for the mine is recommended.The results show that the iron con⁃centrate with iron grade of 50.18%,TiO_(2) content of 13.84%and iron recovery of 29.19%can be obtained by adopting the pro⁃cess of raw ore stage grinding and stage separation,which can provide technical guidance for the development and utilization of similar ores.
