摘  要:背靠背电容器组经常处于自动投切的运行环境中,投切的频率相对较高,在投入的过程中合闸涌流通常会对断路器触头的电寿命产生影响。深入研究计算背靠背电容器组真空断路器合闸涌流对于系统的稳定运行具有不可忽视的价值意义。本研究将某冶金企业在投切与电弧炉负载并联的电容器组时发生事故的真空断路器作为主要研究对象,通过实际电路求出无功补偿功率及等效电路参数。在此基础上探讨背靠背电容器组分组投入时形成的涌流及电容器组内单元故障涌流,并提出合理的保护措施。为无功补偿领域真空断路器和电容器组的稳定运行提供了良好的技术支持。Back-to-back capacitor banks are often in an automatic switching operation environment,and the switching frequency is relatively high.During the switching process,the closing inrush current usually affects the electrical life of the circuit breaker contacts.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and calculate the inrush current of vacuum circuit breaker in back-to-back capacitor bank for the stable operation of the system.Taking the accident of a metallurgical enterprise when switching capacitor bank in parallel with electric arc furnace load as the research object,the reactive power compensation power and equivalent circuit parameters are calculated through the actual circuit.This paper discusses the inrush current formed when back-to-back capacitor banks are put into operation in groups and unit fault inrush current in capacitor banks,and puts forward reasonable protection measures,which provides good technical support for the stable operation of vacuum circuit breaker and capacitor banks in reactive power compensation field.
