摘　　要：会展业和旅游业具有很高的产业关联性,在山西文旅融合的浪潮下,会展业可以搭乘旅游这趟便车,实现会展与旅游的良性互动及可持续发展。文章通过对山西省会展业和旅游业的融合的基础及二者发展现状作出分析,从产业价值链、融合可行性进行探讨,进而为其融合发展提出具体策略。希冀可以对山西省会展业和旅游业的融合发展研究提供一定的借鉴意义。The convention and exhibition industry highly corelate with the tourism industry.Under the wave of Shanxi’s cultural and tourism integration,the convention and exhibition industry can take the advantage of tourism to realize the sound interaction and sustainable development of exhibition and tourism.This article analyzes the basis of the integration of the convention and exhibition industry and tourism in Shanxi Province and the development status of the two,discusses the industrial value chain and the feasibility of integration,and then proposes specific strategies for its integration development.It is expected that certain reference for the research on the integrated development of the exhibition industry and tourism industry in Shanxi Province can be provided.
