摘  要:第二届“教师学习与专业发展”研讨会在深入推进《中国教育现代化2035》、“十四五”规划和“双减”政策落地的背景下召开。会议以“面向2035的教师学习变革与创新”为主题,聚焦激发教师学习动力、提升教师学习能力、完善教师学习支持等核心议题,探讨了当前教师学习存在的现实困境,并提出相应的解决路径,展望了面向2035教师所需的学习思维和品质,对于系统、深入思考未来教师学习的变革与创新具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。The second symposium on teachers’learning and professional development was held under the background of in-depth promotion of implementing“China’s Education Modernization 2035”,the“14th Five-Year Plan”and the“double reduction”policy.With the theme of“2035-Oriented Reform and Innovation of Teachers’Learning”,the symposium focused on the core topics such as stimulating teachers’learning motivation,enhancing teachers’learning ability and improving teachers’learning support,discussed the current difficulties existing in teachers’learning,and proposed corresponding solutions.It looks forward to the learning thinking and quality required by teachers facing 2035,which is of great practical significance and theoretical value for systematic and in-depth thinking about the reform and innovation of teachers’learning in the future.
