山西省某三级甲等医院2005—2019年老年人传染病三间分布特征分析

摘　　要：目的:分析山西省某综合性三级甲等医院老年人传染病的发病规律和流行特征,为老年人传染病防控策略的制定提供依据。方法:收集2005—2019年上报的60岁以上老年人传染病资料,运用流行病学三间分布方法分析其特征。结果:15年间累计报告老年人传染病11697例,报告地区主要为长治市与晋城市,其中长治市9705例,晋城市1891例,其余地区报告病例101例。时间分布显示,2013—2017年报告病例有所下降,但近3年又呈现增高趋势。男性7366例,女性4331例,男女比例约1.70∶1。职业分布以农民为主,占73.55%(8603/11697),其次为离退休人员,占23.86%。报告病种居前3位的是病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核。结论:该院老年人传染病病例近年呈现升高趋势,相关部门应针对性地加强重点传染病防控,落实院感控制措施。Objective:To analyze the incidence and epidemic characteristics of infectious diseases among the elderly in the Third-level Grade-A Hospital in Shanxi Province,and to provide the basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies for infectious diseases among the elderly.Methods:The data of infectious diseases of the elderly over 60 years old reported in the hospital from 2005 to 2019 were collected and their characteristics were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results:11697 cases of infectious diseases in the elderly were reported in the hospital during 15 years,mainly in Changzhi and Jincheng city,among which 9705 cases were in Changzhi,1891 cases were in Jincheng,and 101 cases in other areas.The number of reported cases declined between 2013 and 2017,but has increased in the last three years.7366 cases were male and 4331 cases were female,and the gender ratio of men to women was about 1.70:1.The occupation distribution was mainly farmers(73.55%,8603 cases),followed by retired personnel 23.86%.The top three reported cases were viral hepatitis,syphilis and tuberculosis.Conclusion:In recent years,the hospital’s elderly infectious disease cases in this hospital are increasing.The relevant departments should strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and hospitalization measures should be implemented.
