摘 要:覆岩离层注浆是一个系统工程,在可行性研究、设计、施工阶段严格把关、科学取值、认真执行将会达到预期减沉效果。以山西夏店煤矿3117工作面覆岩离层注浆项目为例,研究了影响离层注浆充填效果的因素;分析了可行性研究阶段实施勘察孔与按最不利地层设计的必要性;提出了注浆设计阶段确定注浆层位、注浆时机、钻孔裸孔段长度的方法;认为注浆施工阶段注浆压力变化可划分为预压裂、压力速降、压力较小、压力增大、压力持续5个阶段;探讨了注采关系及控制工作面推进速度的原则。The overburden abscission grouting is a kind of system engineering,to seriously carry out feasibility study,design,and strict checks during operation stage,together with scientific estimation and serious implementation will archive anticipated subsidence reduction effect.Taking the working face No.3117 overburden abscission layer grouting project in the Xiadian coalmine,Shanxi as an example has studied factors impacting abscission layer grouting filling effect,analyzed necessities to implement exploration drilling and design based on worst strata during feasibility study stage.Thereby proposed methods to determine grouting horizon,occasion and open-hole segment length etc during grouting design stage.Then considered grouting pressure variation during the grouting operation stage can be partitioned into pre-fracturing,pressure rapid decreasing,pressure lower,pressure increasing and pressure sustained five stages and discussed relation between grouting and mining,as well as working face advance velocity control principles.
