摘  要:运用野外试验和室内研究相结合的方法,对河北省张家口市蔚县煤矿区土地综合整治的模式和关键技术进行了研究,通过项目的实施能新增耕地约4万亩,有效地缓解了“占补平衡”的压力,为蔚县的发展注入新动能,对采空塌陷区内的塌陷坑、地裂缝进行了回填、压实或注浆的处理,恢复土地原有属性,消除了地灾安全隐患;按“坡耕地消灾保水增产模式”和“沟道造地消灾综合整治模式”两种模式进行,提出了构建“干-支-渠”分层防控,“堤-坝-跌”系统配套、“乔-灌-草”缓冲带相结合的多级防灾、减污染的综合水利模式。The authors have used combination of field testing and laboratory research carried out study on land comprehensive improvement mode and key techniques in the Yuxian County,Zhangjiakou City.The study has shown that through the project put into effecthasacquired new farmland about forty thousand mu,effectively relievedpressure from farmland“balance between occupation and compensation”,thusinjectednew kinetic energy for the county’s development.The backfilling,compacting or grouting processing to subsided pits,fissures in worked-out subsidence area have regained land original properties,eliminated potential ground hidden failures.Following the“slope farmland disaster elimination,water conservation and yield increase”,“channel farmland reclaiming,disaster elimination,comprehensive control”two modes have proposed“trunk,branch canals”hierarchic control,“dike,dam,hydraulic drop”system complete set and“arbor,shrub,grass”buffer zone combination multi-level disaster prevention,pollution mitigating integrated hydraulic mode.
