摘 要:探讨4种方剂对慢性湿疹模型小鼠的影响及初步作用机制,为临床应用及深度开发提供参考.采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)复制小鼠慢性湿疹模型,分别连续21 d外用4种方剂药液及阳性对照进行干预,比较各用药组皮损评分、耳廓肿胀度、免疫器官系数、血清炎症因子及皮肤组织病理学改变.各方剂药液均能明显降低DNFB复制慢性湿疹小鼠的皮损分值及耳肿胀度(P<0.05/0.01);不同程度抑制胸腺和脾脏系数;明显降低模型小鼠血清IFN-γ和IL-6(P<0.05/0.01)、不同程度提高IL-10水平;对模型小鼠皮肤组织病理学变化有一定修复作用.各方剂样品对小鼠慢性湿疹均具有较好的治疗作用,其机制可能与调节Th1和Th2细胞亚群的平衡有关.The studyinvestigated the effect of series prescriptions on chronic eczema model mice and its preliminary mechanism.The findngds were expected toprovidereference for clinical application and deep development.2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB)was used to replicate the chronic eczema model in mice,and four prescriptions and positive controls were used for 21 consecutive days to intervene the process,and the skin lesion score,auricle swelling degree,immune organ coefficient,serum inflammatory factors and skin histopathological changes in each medication group were compared.All prescriptions significantly reduced the skin lesion score and ear swelling in DNFB replicated chronic eczema mice(P<0.05/0.01);suppressed thymus and spleen coefficients to different degrees;significantly reduced serum IFN-γand IL-6 in model mice(P<0.05/0.01)and increased IL-10 levels to different degrees;had some restorative effects on histopathological changes in the skin of model mice.All the formula samples showed good therapeutic effects on chronic eczema in mice,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of the balance of Th1 and Th2 cell subsets.
