摘　　要：钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(SGLT-2)抑制剂是目前治疗2型糖尿病最新的口服降糖药,其通过抑制SGLT-2的活性,减少葡萄糖在肾脏重吸收,增加葡萄糖的排泄,从而达到降低血糖作用。目前研究发现SGLT-2抑制剂除了降糖,还有降压、保护胰岛功能、减重、保护心脏和肾脏、降低蛋白尿、降血脂和降低尿酸的作用。本文将从上述几方面对近年来国内外临床研究进展做一综述,为糖尿病的个体化治疗提供依据。Sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor(SGLT-2i)is a new type of diabetic drug in recent years,the hypoglycemic mechanism of which is reducing the renal sugar value and urinary glucose reabsorption to expel the excess glucose by inhibiting SGLT-2.Now,they are also beneficial to lower blood pressure,improve insulin resistance andβ-cell function,lose weight,protect cardiovascular and kidney,reduce urine protein,lose blood lipids and uric acid.In this paper,we will review the progress of clinical treatment in recent years to provide personalized therapy for type 2 diabetes meuitus.
