摘  要:介绍了传统技术下轧机拉杆螺纹间隙消除装置的设备组成及结构特点,针对弹簧组受力不均易损坏、设备调整精度差、拆装效率低等技术难题,进行了技术创新与结构改进,开发了高弹体缓冲垫为平衡元件,提升了缓冲效果和抗疲劳性能,解决了弹簧组在冲击力下易损坏的技术难题;研发了螺纹间隙消除微调机构,改善了上工作辊的弹跳效应,解决了设备调整精度差、拆装效率低等难点问题。轧机拉杆螺纹间隙消除装置研发成功后,已在国内某钢厂投产应用,对改善轧机弹跳效果明显,实现了稳定轧制。This paper introduces the equipment composition and structural characteristics of the thread clearance elimination device of the pull rod of the traditional rolling mill.In view of the technical problems of uneven stress of the spring group,easy damage,poor equipment adjustment accuracy and low disassembly efficiency,this paper makes technical innovation and structural improvement,and develops a high elastic body buffer pad as the balance element,which improves the cushioning effect and anti fatigue performance,The technical problem that the spring group is easy to be damaged under the impact force is solved.The thread clearance elimination and fine adjustment mechanism is developed to improve the bounce effect of the upper work roll,and solve the difficult problems of poor adjustment accuracy and low disassembly efficiency.After the successful development of the thread clearance elimination device of the rolling mill pull rod,it has been put into operation in a domestic steel plant,which has obvious effect on improving the bounce of the rolling mill and realizing stable rolling.
