摘  要:2013年10月6—9日,受台风"菲特"影响,北苕溪流域遭遇历史罕见的特大暴雨,四岭水库出入库流量和最高水位均刷新建库以来历史记录,流域控制站潘板站水位创历史新高。为掌握北苕溪流域暴雨洪水特点,分析此次降雨的雨量、强度、频率、时空分布、特性,研究洪水过程、组成、重现期和特性,并与台风"莫拉克"北苕溪暴雨洪水对比分析,为北苕溪流域防灾减灾提供参考依据。During October 6 to 9,2013,under the influence of the strong typhoon“Fitow”,the Beitiaoxi Basin was hit by an extraordinary torrential rain that was rare in history.The inflow and outflow and the highest water level of the Siling Reservoir refreshed the historical records since the construction of the reservoir,and the water level at Panban,the basin control station,hit a record high.In order to grasp the characteristics of the storm flood in the Beitiaoxi Basin,the rainfall,intensity,frequency,temporal and spatial distribution,and characteristics of this rainfall were analyzed,and the flood process,composition,recurrence period and characteristics were studied,and the rain-storm flood in Beitiaoxi Basin during the Typhoon“Morakot”was compared.This study can provide reference for flood disaster prevention in the basin.
