摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)是一种功能性胃肠病,近年来研究发现FC发病率越来越高,且多伴有焦虑抑郁的心理障碍。本文简述了西医对伴有焦虑抑郁状态的FC的发病机制的研究进展,可能与结肠内5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平、肠道菌群变化及短链脂肪酸和胆汁酸含量改变相关,但目前西医多采用泻剂联合抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗,无较好的治疗手段,存在停药易反复的缺点。同时,本文从中医角度详述了七种不同证型便秘的病因病机、辨证论治及中医外治法的研究进展,为临床上治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的FC总结研究思路和方法。Functional constipation(FC)is a functional gastroenteropathy.In recent years,studies have found that the incidence of FC is increasing,and it is mostly accompanied by psychological disorders of anxiety and depression.This article briefly reviews the research progress in the pathogenesis of FC with anxiety and depression in western medicine,which may be related to the changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level in colon,intestinal flora and short-chain fatty acid and bile acid.However,at present,laxatives combined with anxiolytic and depressive drugs are mostly used in western medicine,which has no better treatment and has the disadvantage that drug withdrawal is easy to repeat.At the same time,this paper details the research progress of etiology,dialectical treatment and external treatment of seven different types of constipation from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It summarizes the research ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of FC with anxiety and depression.
