中药临床药师对肿瘤科药物相关问题的分析与探讨

摘　　要：药物相关问题(DRP)是指一个实际存在或可能存在的影响健康保健结果的药物治疗事件或情况。欧洲药学监护网络基金会(PCNE)DRP分类工具(V9.0)可以对DRP进行分类,并记录解决这些DRPs的整个过程。在肿瘤科实际用药中存在诸多用药相关问题,主要分布于用药适应证、安全性、适宜性、依从性等多方面。中药临床药师可通过开展医嘱审核、药学监护、药品不良反应(ADR)识别、用药指导和依从性教育等工作去发现DRPs并进行分析与干预。但中药临床药师起步较晚,工作模式尚未统一,还处于探索阶段。因此,需要中药临床药师在临床工作中不断总结经验,完善中药临床药师的工作模式。A drug-related problem(DRP)refers to an actual or possible drug treatment event or condition that affects health care outcomes.The Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe Foundation(PCNE)DRP Classification Tool(V9.0)is used to classify DRPs and the entire process of solving these DRPs is recorded.There are many DRPs in the actual medication in oncology department,mainly distributing in medication indications,safety,suitability,and compliance.Clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine may discover,analyze and intervene in DRPs by conducting medical order review,pharmaceutical monitoring,adverse drug reaction identification,medication guidance,and compliance education.However,the position of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine appears relatively late,and their working patterns have not yet been unified and are still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,it is necessary for clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine to continuously sum up their experience in clinical work and improve their working mode.
