摘 要:盘锦北方稻作协会组织专业品评员25人,对来自全国12个省市自治区的28个优良食味粳稻品种(品系)进行品评。基准米品种为吉林省通化市农业科学研究院选育的通禾899,通禾899同时作为暗对照、日本新泻越光米作为比对参与品评。评选出特等奖4名、一等奖7名、二等奖10名、三等奖6名、优秀奖1名。从品评过程及结果来看,我国优良食味水稻品种食味值呈现不断升高趋势;水稻优良食味研究受重视程度逐年提升;水稻食味研究地域性越来越广;应继续加大水稻食味品评研究的力度。Panjin Northern Rice Association organized 25 professional evaluators to evaluate 28 japonica rice varieties(lines)with better palatability from 12 provinces and autonomous regions.The reference rice variety was Tonghe-899,bred by Tonghua Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Jilin Province,and Tonghe-899 was used as dark control and Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture as comparison.4 special prizes,7 first prizes,10 second prizes,6 third prizes and 1 award of excellence were selected.In terms of the evaluation process and results,the taste value of rice varieties with better palatability in China showed an increasing trend.The research on rice better palatability has been paid more attention year by year.Studies on rice taste are becoming more and more extensive.The research on rice taste evaluation should be further strengthened.
