摘　　要：当代旴江名医谢强出身儒医世家,是旴江医学喉科流派谢氏喉科第六代传人,临床擅治声病,在治疗声沙疑难症方面颇有心得,他认为声沙多以风燥袭肺、肺阴亏虚、肺肾阴虚为主。临床应辨证精详,才能因证治宜,针药结合,卓有疗效。The contemporary Xujiang famous doctor XIE Qiang was born in a family of Confucian medicine,the sixth-generation descendant of Xie's Laryngology of Xujiang Medical Laryngology School,he is clinically good at treating voice diseases,and he has considerable experience in the treatment of intractable voices and sands.It is mainly caused by wind dryness attacking the lung,deficiency of lung yin,and deficiency of lung and kidney yin.The clinic should be dialectical and detailed,so that the treatment can be based on the syndrome and the combination of acupuncture and medicine can be effective.
