摘　　要：严用和,南宋著名医家,著有《济生方》和《济生续方》,一生行医五十余载,临证遣方用药灵活多变,提出“补脾不若补肾”之说,强调“气道贵乎能顺,顺则津液流通”的治疗思想。通过对严氏医学著作、学术思想两方面进行研究,以探讨严氏医学理论和实践经验对现代医学所具有的现实指导意义。YAN Yong-he,a famous traditional Chinese physician of Southern Song Dynasty,who was the author of Ji Sheng Fang and Ji Sheng Xu Fang.He has devoted more than 50 years to treating and saving patients with his superb medical skills and flexible prescriptions.He proposed the theory of"tonifying the kidney is better than tonifying the spleen".He also emphasized the academic thought that"the focus of the respiratory tract is on the harmony of Qi,Qi clear,body fluid flow."This article studies YAN's medical works,academic thoughts,to interpret YAN's medical theories and practical experiences,which has guiding significance for modern medicine.
