摘　　要：已故全国名老中医何炎燊临床治疗热病主张寒温合流,认为柴胡温胆汤可和解半表半里,分消走泄三焦。分析了何老应用柴胡温胆汤的心法,并附医案2则。HE Yan-shen is the late national famous traditional Chinese Medicine.He advocates Cold and Warm Fusion when treating febrile disease.He raised Chaihu-Wendan Decoction can harmonizes half-superficies and half-interior patterns,and divides the drains of Tri-Jiao.This article analysed the mental cultivation methods of Professor He in treating febrile disease with Chaihu Wendan Decoction,and add two medical record.
