独立学院教师职业幸福感的影响因素及提高对策

摘　　要：十九大以来,国家加大了对教育的投入和关注,对于教育现代化建设起到了很好的推动作用,但对高校教师而言,压力也随之而来。独立学院是比较特殊的高校,独立学院教师群体的幸福感并没有受到社会太多的关注。因此,了解独立学院教师职业幸福感水平及其构成因素,思考如何通过加强高校的人性化管理,提高独立学院教师的职业幸福感是值得研究的课题。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the country has increased investment and attention to education,which has played a good role in promoting the modernization of education.However,for college teachers,pressure has also followed.Independent colleges are special colleges and universities.The happiness of teachers in independent colleges has not been paid much attention by the society.Therefore,to understand the level of professional happiness of independent college teachers and its constituent factors,and to think about how to improve the professional happiness of independent college teachers through strengthening the humanized management of colleges and universities is worth studying.
