摘 要:连杆大头轴瓦是柴油机关键零件之一,不仅承载柴油机缸内气体爆发压力,而且承载活塞连杆组惯性力及曲轴连杆弯曲变形造成的附加力。某新开发V型柴油机,高爆压设计,为提高连杆大头轴瓦的设计可靠性,利用多体动力学软件,创建连杆大头轴瓦弹性液体动力学仿真模型,完成仿真计算并对关键仿真结果逐一分析。针对轴瓦仿真结果中出现的粗糙接触压力超差的失效模式,给出了结构优化方案并通过轴瓦弹性液体动力学仿真完成方案有效性验证。同时,探讨了轴瓦在磨损状况下弹性液体动力学变化情况,为轴瓦材料选择提供了一定的理论依据。The conrod big end bearing is one of key parts of a diesel engine,which not only carries the peak combustion pressure,but also carries the inertia load of piston-conrod assembly and the additional force caused by bending deformation of crankshaft and conrod.In order to improve design reliability of the conrod big end bearing of a V configuration diesel engine,which using high combustion pressure,create a elasto-hydrodynamic simulation model of conrod big end bearing,complete the simulation calculation and analyze key simulation results.Structure optimization schemes are given and verified by elasto-hydrodynamic simulation as the asperity contact pressure exceeds the limit.At the same time,the paper discusses the changes in bearing elasto-hydrodynamic in wear conditions,provided the theoretical basis for the choice of bearing material.
