摘  要:为满足日趋严格的排放和油耗标准、整车造型的布置要求、汽车主动保护升级空间,导致车用发动机越来越小型化、轻量化。通过对发动机在XYZ三个方向的结构分析,建议开发紧凑型车用发动机,提出了整机、系统及零部件在概念设计和布置设计阶段的优化方案。特别是长冲程混合动力用发动机的Z轴尺寸不利于低高度的整车行人保护面布置,提出了降低发动机本体高度和动力总成布置高度的措施。In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission and fuel consumption standards,the layout requirements of vehicle modeling,and protect the upgrading space of vehicle technical configuration,the engine will become more and more miniaturized and lightweight.Based on the analysis of the structure of vehicle engine in three directions of XYZ axis,this paper suggests the development of compact vehicle engine,the optimization scheme of the whole machine,system and parts in the conceptual design and layout design stage.Especially for the long stroke hybrid engine,the Z-axis size of the engine is not conducive to the layout of the pedestrian protection surface of the whole vehicle with low height.The measures to reduce the height of the engine package and the layout height of the powertrain are put forward.
