摘　　要：目前,地下结构渗漏水问题仍很严重,防水材料施工质量起着关键作用。笔者通过多年质量监督积累经验,根据当前防水材料施工主要质量问题,提出控制措施。同时依据GB 50208-2011《地下防水工程质量验收规范》分析防水材料正确选购方法及检测结论要求。本文对治理地下结构渗漏水,规范防水材料市场,督促参建各方重视防水材料施工,提高地下结构防水性能,确保结构整体安全,有着积极指导和促进作用。At present,the leakage of underground structure is still serious,and the construction quality of waterproof materials plays a key role.Based on the experience of quality supervision for many years,the author puts forward control measures according to the main quality problems of the current waterproof material construction,and analyzes the correct selection method and the requirements of the inspection conclusion according to GB 50208-2011“The Code for Quality Acceptance of Underground Waterproof Engineering”.This paper has a positive guidance and promotion function for the treatment of underground structure leakage,standardizing the market of waterproof materials,urging all parties to pay attention to the construction of waterproof materials,improving the waterproof performance of underground structures and ensuring the overall safety of the structure.
