摘 要:随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,对商品混凝土及对新型建筑技术的广泛应用,部分现浇混凝土楼板都存有不同程度的裂缝,有些甚至严重缩短了建筑的使用寿命,这就要求施工方了解建筑的开裂原因,以增加建筑的使用寿命,给用户带来更好的居住保障。本文将以某多层安置房的跃层楼层开裂检测项目为背景,通过现场检测及电脑计算分析结果等技术手段,从钢筋保护层、混凝土强度、钢筋间距等几方面进一步分析裂缝出现的原因,并提出具有针对性的防治手段。With the constant development of building industry in our country,the commercial concrete and for new building technologies are widely used,part of the cast-in-place concrete floor all have different degrees of cracks,some even serious shorten the service life of the building,which requires the contractor's need to understand the building cracking reasons,in order to increase the service life of the building,give the user a better living.In this paper,based on the project of cracking detection in the leaping floor of a multi-stores housing,the causes of cracks are further analyzed from the aspects of reinforcing steel protective layer,concrete strength,reinforcing steel spacing and other technical means such as field detection and computer calculation and analysis results,and targeted prevention and treatment measures are proposed.
