摘  要:探讨还原氧化石墨烯印花织物的制备及其光热转换性能。以粘胶织物为载体,通过防水印花制备单向导湿织物,再将氧化石墨烯处理其上,最后通过还原制备出还原氧化石墨烯印花粘胶织物。测试分析了该织物的微观形貌、化学结构、亲水性能、光学性能和蒸发性能。结果表明:还原氧化石墨烯与粘胶发生化学交联,整理所得织物具有良好的亲水性、光吸收性能;在1 kW/m^(2)光照下,厚度为1.8 cm时,整理所得织物蒸发速率最大,是纯水蒸发速率的3.8倍;在10次循环周期内呈现较稳定的蒸发速率。认为:整理所得织物在染料废水处理方面具有较好的效果。Preparation and photo-thermal conversion property of reduced graphene oxide printed fabric were discussed. Viscose fabric was used as the carrier. The unidirectional moisture-transfer fabric was produced by waterproof printing. Then the oxidated graphene was treated on. In the end,the reduced graphene oxide printing viscose fabric was produced through reduction. Microstructure,chemical construction,hydrophilic property,optical property and evaporation property of the fabric were tested and analyzed. The test results showed that reduced graphene oxide and viscose had chemical crosslinking. The fabric after finishing had well hydrophilic property and optical absorption property.Under the light of 1 kW/m^(2),when the fabric thickness is 1.8 cm,the evaporation rate of the finished fabric was the biggest,which is 3.8 times of the evaporation rate for pure water.Within 10 times cycle period,stable evaporation rate was showed.It is considered that the finished fabric has better effect in the field of dye wastewater treatment.
