摘 要:探讨氧化处理和丝胶整理对银纳米线复合棉织物性能的影响。首先利用高碘酸钠氧化处理棉织物,研究了高碘酸钠浓度、氧化反应时间和温度对棉织物醛基含量和强力损失率的影响;然后用丝胶整理棉织物,用浸渍-烘干法将银纳米线整理到织物表面,测试了织物的防紫外线性能、导电性能、透气性能、耐水洗性能和摩擦性能。结果表明:高碘酸钠浓度4 g/L,温度40℃,氧化时间2 h时,棉织物达到了良好的氧化处理效果;氧化处理和丝胶整理提高了银纳米线对棉织物的附着性能;整理后的织物方阻低至3.60Ω/sq,UPF可达93.20。认为:氧化处理和丝胶整理有助于提高银纳米线在纤维上的附着效果。Effect of oxidation treatment and sericin finishing on silver nanowire composite cotton fabric property was discussed. First,sodium periodate was used to oxidize cotton fabric. Effect of sodium periodate concentration and oxidation time and oxidation temperature on content of aldehyde groups and strength loss rate in the cotton fabric was studied.Then cotton fabric was finished by sericin.Silver nanowires were finished on the surface of fabric by dipping-drying method. Anti-ultraviolet property,conductivity,air permeability,washing resistance and frictional property of the fabric were tested.The results showed that when the concentration of sodium periodate was 4 g/L,the temperature was 40 ℃ and the oxidation time was 2 h,the cotton fabric has achieved good oxidation treatment effect. Adhesion of silver nanowires to cotton fabrics was improved by oxidation treatment and sericin finishing.Square resistance of the finished fabric was as low as 3.60 Ω/sq,the UPF value was reached 93.20.It is considered that oxidation treatment and sericin finishing are helpful to improve the adhesion effect of silver nanowires on fibers.
