摘 要:探讨亚麻棉喷气涡流混纺纱中亚麻所占比例对纱线及其织物性能的影响。基于喷气涡流纺的工艺要求制备了亚麻/棉30/70 27.7 tex和亚麻/棉60/40 27.7 tex的喷气涡流混纺纱,对纱线的形貌、单纤维长度、棉结及力学性能进行了测试及对比分析;再将混纺纱线用手摇针织横机织成织物,对织物的悬垂性、硬挺度进行了测试分析。试验结果表明:与亚麻/棉60/40 27.7 tex相比,亚麻/棉30/70 27.7 tex纱线表面光洁,棉结纱疵较少,手感较柔软,纤维长度分布离散度小,主要纺纱长度在20 mm~44 mm之间,纱线整体条干均匀度好,力学性能较佳;织物悬垂性较好、刚柔性较小。认为:亚麻所占比例的研究有助于判断亚麻占比范围内混纺纱及其织物的性能变化趋势。Influence of the flax proportion in the flax cotton air jet vortex blended yarn on the yarn and its fabric property was discussed.Based on the process requirement of air jet vortex spinning,flax/cotton 30/70 27.7 tex and flax/cotton 60/40 27.7 tex air jet vortex blended yarns were prepared. Morphology,single fiber length,neps and mechanical property of the yarn were tested,compared and analyzed.Then the blended yarn was woven into a fabric by hand knitting machine,drape property and stiffness of the fabric were tested and analyzed.The test results showed that compared with flax/cotton 60/40 27.7 tex yarn,flax/cotton 30/70 27.7 tex yarn had smoother surface,fewer neps and less yarn defects,softer hand feeling and less dispersion of fiber length distribution. The main spinning length was between 20 mm and 44 mm,the overall yarn evenness and mechanical property were better,the fabric had better drape property,less rigidity and flexibility. It is considered that the research is helpful to judge the trend of property change of blended yarn and its fabric within the proportion of flax.
