摘　　要：经济体制改革的深入发展,必然给高校的德育管理提出更高的要求。德育管理必须适应新形势的需要,做到科学化、规律化、高效益,培养出有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义新人。The further reform of the economical system calls for higher level manege mant of moral education in colleges and universities.Moral education must meet the needs of the new development to cultivate a new generation with idestion,morality,culture and disci- pline,and must be scientific,regular,and efficient.
