摘　　要：文章通过分析公共图书馆数字资源智慧化服务需求,总结和借鉴国家图书馆读者云门户网站在智慧化资源服务模式方面的探索,提出公共图书馆应构建以公共图书馆为核心、以社会力量为补充的服务模式,建设数据中台、打通线上线下服务渠道、创新服务理念、开放数据共享、全面推进服务互联网化和智慧化,从而打造公共图书馆读者服务新业态。Based on the analysis of the demand for intelligent service of digital resource in public libraries, the article summarizes and learns from the exploration of the reader cloud portal in National Library of China about intelligent resource service mode, and puts forward that public libraries should build a service mode with public libraries as the core and social forces as the supplement, build data center, open up online and offline service channels, innovate service concept, open data sharing, and fully promote the internet and intelligence of service, creating a new format of public library reader service.
