摘　　要：青年学生就业能力不仅与其未来的职业选择密切相关,还影响着青年学生能否充分和高质量就业。本研究基于劳动力市场的角度对1537名新疆大学生的就业能力开展了实证调查,得出新疆青年学生基本能力总体得分较低、职业发展能力低,职业能力稍显薄弱;与就业相关的个性品质的得分非常高;社会应对能力得分比较高等结论。文章从学生个体、高校、企业三方提出建议:青年学生应将提升并保持可持续性的就业能力作为职业发展的首要目标、高校应从战略高度发挥提升青年学生就业能力关键角色作用、企业则应承担与发挥市场力量培养大学生的就业能力。Employability of young students is not only closely related to their future career choices,but also affects their full employment and high quality employment.This study conducted an empirical investiga-tion on the employability ability of 1537 college students in Xinjiang based on the perspective of labor mar-ket,and concluded that young students in Xinjiang scored low in overall basic ability,low in career develop-ment ability,and slightly weak in vocational ability;scored very high in overall question items of employ-ment-related personality qualities;and scored relatively high in social coping ability.Suggestions are made from individual students,universities and enterprises:young students should enhance and maintain sustain-able employability as the primary goal to obtain clear career development;universities should play a key role in enhancing employability of young students from a strategic perspective;and enterprises should take re-sponsibility for the development of employability of college students with the market force.
