摘　　要：对自然保护区生态旅游管理与可持续发展进行讨论。分析了自然保护区管理和生态旅游资源管理现状,发现了其中存在的问题,提出了合理策略:加大对生态旅游的宣传力度,健全相关法律法规,旅游开发要以保护为基础,合理规划自然保护区的内部功能区,制定自然保护区生态旅游规划。自然保护区区域生态旅游产业管理改革是加快实现国家自然保护区区域生态旅游产业可持续发展的一条重要途径,有利于实现国民经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益的统一。The study discusses the ecological tourism management and sustainable development of the nature reserve,analyzes the situation of the nature reserve management and ecological tourism resource management,finds out the problems,and proposes rational strategies,i.e.to promote the publicity of ecological tourism,perfect related law regulation,take protection as the basis in tourism development,rationally plan the internal functional area of the natural reserve,and formulate the planning of the ecological tourism of natural reserve.The reform of ecological tourism industrial management of the nature reserve is the important pathway of the sustainable development of ecological tourism industry in national nature reserve,and it can promote the achievement of the unification of national economic,social and ecological environment benefits.
