摘 要:目的调查郑州市3所三甲医院急诊科护士的隐性缺勤现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取郑州市3所三甲医院的125名急诊科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版斯坦福隐性缺勤量表对其进行调查,分析郑州市急诊科护士隐性缺勤现状及其影响因素。结果郑州市三甲医院急诊科护士隐性缺勤得分为(15.66±4.33)分,高隐性缺勤率为58.4%;多元线性回归分析显示,学历、工作年限、过去1年是否遭受暴力是急诊科护士隐性缺勤的独立影响因素。结论急诊科护士隐性缺勤行为较高,护理管理者应采取相应的措施,减少隐性缺勤行为的发生。Objective To investigate the status and influence factors of presenteeism of the nurses from the emergency department of 3 third-grade class-A hospitals in Zhengzhou.Methods Totally 125 nurses were selected from the emergency department of 3 hospitals in Zhengzhou city by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale were used to investigate the status and influence factors of presenteeism.Results The median score of presenteeism was(15.66±4.33)and 58.4%of the subjects were rated as experiencing high presenteeism.The main influencing factors were education background,years of working and whether or not experiencing the workplace violence in the past year.Conclusion Emergency nurses had a high level of presenteeism and the managers should take measures to reduce it.
