摘　　要：本文通过对道路养护中出现的道路改造前期移苗工程的工作实践经验总结,结合工程的特点和难点,对移苗工程的施工管理、技术措施进行论述,优化利用现有的路产绿化苗木资源,提高苗木的成活率和保障移植后的景观效果,使道路改造前期移苗工程的如期完成。This article summarizes the work practice experience of the seedling removal project in the early stage of road reconstruction in road maintenance,combines the characteristics and difficulties of the project,discusses the construction management and technical measures of the seedling removal project,and optimizes the use of existing road properties.Green seedling resources,improve the survival rate of seedlings and ensure the landscape effect after transplantation,so that the project of transplanting seedlings in the early stage of road reconstruction can be completed on schedule.
