摘　　要：为解决现有智慧城市标准测评流程效率低、信息化程度低,且缺乏直观性、总结性、整体性等问题,研制了新型智慧城市标准测评辅助平台,以提供一体化的标准管理与测评服务,辅助智慧城市标准化。平台采用模板化思想存储管理模板化标准,通过细粒度用户管理分配权限,提供标准管理、标准测试、标准验证以及综合画像等功能,提升标准测评的效率,对加速智慧城市标准化进程具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,low informatization,and lack of intuition,summarization,and integrity of the existing smart city standard evaluation process,we developed a smart city standard compliance testing and certification platform to provide integrated standard management and evaluation services to assist smart city standardization.The platform adopts template-based method to store management template-based standards,assigns permissions through fine-grained user management,provides functions such as standard library management,standard testing,standard verification,and related comprehensive portraits,thus improves the efficiency of standard evaluation,which is of great significance for accelerating the standardization process of smart cities.
