浅谈李根白皮的应用及其替代品

摘　　要：李根白皮主要功效为清热、降气逆,是《金匮要略》奔豚汤中的主药,也是历代医家治奔豚气病的专药,其泄奔豚气效果极佳。奔豚汤的临床拓展应用极其广泛,涉及到各系统疾病,范围覆盖到内、外、妇、儿等各科。奔豚汤中君药李根白皮疗效确切,不可或缺。然如今李根白皮货品短缺,须寻他物进行替代。常用替代品有敛肝降逆之桑白皮、代赭石,疏肝之川楝子、枳实、香橼,清热之椿白皮、栀子等。The main effect of Ligenbaipi(root bark of plum tree) is to clear Heat and descend inversed Qi.It is the main medicine of Ben Tun Decoction in Jin Gui Yao Lue,and it is also the special requiredmedicine for treating Ben Tun Qi in history and modern times.It has an excellent effect on venting Bentun Qi.There is a wide range of clinical applications of Ben Tun Decoction, treating diseases in various systems, covering internal department, surgical department, gynecology, and pediatrics.In Ben Tun Decoction, Ligenbaipi, the king drug, has a defi-nitely significant effect and is indispensable.however, there is a shortage of Ligenbaipi in recent times, and its replacement must be found.Commonly used substitutes include Sangbaipi(mulberry white bark),Daizheshi(ocher) for constricting the Liver and reducing the adversed Qi, Chuanlianzi(neem seed),Zhishi(citrus auranti-um),Xiangyuan(citron) for soothing Liver Qi, as well as Chunbaipi(tsubaki white skin),Zhizi(gardenia) for clearing Heat.
