五苓散加减治疗糖尿病肾病研究概况

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy, DN)进入大量蛋白尿期后病情进展迅速,预后不佳。五苓散是治疗下焦蓄水证的经典方剂,有利水渗湿、温阳化气之效。通过总结概括DN的病因病机,归纳分析近年来五苓散治疗该病的调节水代谢平衡及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、纠正糖脂代谢紊乱、抗氧化应激和抑制炎症反应等作用机制,以及网络药理学研究,发现五苓散治疗DN具有多成分、多靶点、多途径协同作用的特点。Diabetic nephropathy(DN) progresses rapidly with poor prognosis in the stage of massive proteinuria.Wuling Powder, is a classic prescription in treatment of Water storage syndrome in Lower Jiao(Lower Burner),which can remove Water Dampness by warming Yang Qi.By summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis of DN,the mechanism of Wuling Powder in treating the disease, in recent years, includes the followings: regulating the balance of water metabolism and the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, correcting glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, resisting oxidative stress, and inhibiting inflammation.At the same time, it is found that in network pharmacology studies that Wuling Powder can play multi-component, multi-target and multi-path synergistic effect in treatment of DN.
