中医药延缓类风湿关节炎骨侵蚀进程的研究进展

摘　　要：中医药在延缓类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)骨侵蚀进程方面疗效显著,具有多功能、多途径、多靶点的优势,主要通过抑制T细胞活化、干预炎性细胞因子、阻断细胞内信号通路、调控破骨细胞的增殖与分化等防治RA,延缓骨侵蚀进程。现有研究缺乏对中医药延缓RA骨侵蚀进程重要阶段的系统化论述,对中药有效成分作用机制、途径、靶点的探讨亦有待加强,基础研究深度不够,临床研究样本量不足。故今后需进一步加强基础理论研究,基于相关信号通路、细胞因子/趋化因子系统轴、细胞间相互作用,结合现代科学理论及技术,加强对中药及其有效成分对RA骨侵蚀作用及机制的靶向分析及实验验证,广泛建立与中医病证相符合的实验动物模型,充分发挥中医药延缓RA骨侵蚀的作用。Traditional Chinese medicine has the significant curing effect in delaying the bone erosion process of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).It has the advantages of multiple functions,multiple pathways,and multiple targets.It can delay and prevent RA bone erosion by inhibiting T cell activation,interfering with inflammatory cytokines,blocking intracellular signal pathways,regulating the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts.However,existing researches are lacked systematic discussion on the important stage of Chinese medicine delaying the process of RA bone erosion,the researches on the mechanism,pathway,and target of the effective ingredients of Chinese medicine need to be strengthened,and the basic researches are lack depth and the clinical research sample size is insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen basic theoretical research in the future,based on related signal pathways,cytokine/chemokine system axis,and cell-cell interactions,and combining with modern scientific theories and technologies,strengthen the targeted analysis and experimental verification of the effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients on RA bone erosion,and extensively establish the experimental animal models consistent with TCM diseases.
