摘　　要：曹锐教授认为,卒中后认知障碍基本病机为肾精不足、脑髓空虚、痰瘀蒙蔽清窍导致神机失用,为本虚标实之证,主张以补肾填髓治其本,化痰祛瘀开窍治其标,并辅以益气扶正助气化、平肝清心调情志等疗法。临床治疗应用补益肾精、理气化痰、化痰通腑、活血化瘀、醒脑开窍、益气扶正、平肝清心等药物,同时用药还应注重顾护脾胃。Professor Cao Rui believes that the basic pathogenesis of post-stroke cognitive impairment is the deficiency of Kidney Essence, which causes the brain marrow consumption and orifices confused by Phlegm and Blood stagnation and in turn leading to dysfunction of the mind.The syndrome belongs to deficiency in root and excessiveness in symptoms.Professor Cao advocates solving the root cause by tonifying the Kidney and nourishing the brain marrow while remove the symptoms by resolving Phlegm and blood stasis as well as waking the mind.Besides, the methods of benefiting Qi to strengthening Qi, clearing the Liver Fire and the Heart Fire as well as regulating mood are used as supplementary treatment.Medicines functioning in enriching Kidney Essence, regulating Qi to resolve Phlegm, resolving phlegm to dredge Fu-organs, activating blood circulation to disperse stasis, restoring consciousness and resuscitation, benefiting Qi and strengthening Qi as well as clearing Liver and calming the Heart can be used in treatment.Furthermore, caring for the Spleen and Stomach functions should also paid attention to during the medication.
