摘  要:针对现有技术手段对深远海区域船舶动态感知能力不足的问题,分析了基于SAR的深远海船舶动态感知技术实现深远海船舶动态监控的可能性,并对海事应用场景进行了初步研究,认为该技术可用于大区域深远海船舶交通态势分析、深远海遇险船舶定位及应急指挥、海事日常空中主动巡航监管,可作为海事系统技术体系的一个重要组成部分"陆海空天"一体化水上交通运输保障体系,为推动我国海事服务和保障走向深远海提供技术支撑。In view of the insufficient ability of existing technology to perceive ship dynamics in deep sea areas,the paper studies the possibility of SAR-based ship dynamic sensing technology for such areas for the purpose of monitoring ship dynamic,and conducts a preliminary study on the application scenarios.It indicates that the technology can be used for the traffic situation analysis in the vast deep sea,the positioning of ships in distress and emergency command,voluntary routine air cruise by the maritime administration.It is an important part of the technical system of the integrated water transportation guarantee system of China MSA integrating land,sea,space,and air,providing technical support for promoting the maritime service and guarantee to reach the far-reaching sea.
