摘　　要：零工经济作为一种典型的新业态经济模式,对农业转移人口的就业领域、就业方式等方面产生了深远的影响。通过分析零工经济对农业转移人口就业的利处和弊端,确定了农业转移人口高质量就业评价体系的构建原则和思路。从工作强度、劳动报酬、就业能力、就业环境、劳动关系、社会态度等六个维度对农业转移人口就业进行研究,体现农业转移人口高质量就业的内在要求,助力新城镇化道路的实现。As a typical new business economic model,gig economy has a profound impact on the employment field and employment mode of agricultural migrant population.Through analyzing pros and cons of gig economy to the principles and ideas for the construction of a high-quality employment evaluation system for agricultural migrant population,this paper studies the employment of agricultural migrant population from six dimensions,namely,work intensity,labor remuneration,employability,employment environment,labor relations,and social attitude,which reflect the internal requirements of high-quality employment of agricultural migrant population and help to realize the new urbanization road.
