摘　　要：近年来国内工业水平不断完善,精密加工发展迅速,大量企业科研院所投入到精密机床研发中。针对各大、中型精密机床等设备都需要用到支承,而静压导轨是滑动支承重要应用之一的需求。开展对国内外静压导轨滑块的调研,通过考察不同类型的静压导轨滑块,找到静压导轨技术特点和发展趋势,为未来液体静压导轨发展与研发提供参考。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of domestic industrial level and the rapid development of precision machining,a large number of enterprises and research institutes have invested in the research and development of precision machine tools.For large and medium-sized precision machine tools and other equipment need to use support,and hydrostatic guide is one of the important applications of sliding support.Through the investigation of different types of hydrostatic sliders at home and abroad,the technical characteristics and development trend of hydrostatic sliders are found,which can provide reference for the development and research of hydrostatic sliders in the future.
