摘  要:晶振是一种最为常见的高频时钟信号噪声源,由于其产生的振荡频率及其各次谐波引起辐射发射超过规定限值的现象非常普遍,导致医用电气设备通过该项测试的概率较低。该研究通过对晶振引起辐射发射超标的原因进行排查,对整改案例进行分析、总结,提出了晶振在印刷电路板(PCB)上的常用设计规范及整改措施。Crystal oscillator is the most common type of high frequency clock signal noise.The phenomenon of the radiation exceeding the regulation limit caused by the oscillation frequency and every harmonic caused by crystal oscillator is very common,so that the pass rate of the radiation test for medical electrical equipment is low.Through investigating the causes of radiation emission exceeding standard from crystal oscillator,this study analyzed and summarized the rectification examples,and put forward common design specifications and rectification measures of crystal oscillator on the printed circuit board(PCB).
