摘　　要：目的依据《医疗器械分类目录》,结合临床需求,设计与之对应的参数模板,帮助采购者制定医疗设备采购参数。方法筛选出3个以上的意向品牌,查阅各品牌设备的技术资料,结合设备的自身硬件和软件功能结构提炼出公共条款,邀请厂商填写公共条款具体参数;分析对比不同品牌产品的性能指标差异,结合实际需求确定公共条款的指标要求,进而制定出采购参数,并运用统计学处理方法分析模板使用效果。结果2020年平均参数编写时间短于2019年,差异有统计学意义(t=2.39,P<0.05);2020年参数质疑少于2019年,使用满意度高于2019年,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.188、4.703,P<0.05)。结论使用参数模板编写医疗设备采购参数能有效提高参数制定的质量和效率,降低招标中参数的质疑风险。Objective Based on the classification catalog of medical equipment and combined with clinical needs,the template of medical equipment parameters was designed to help purchasers to establish the technical parameters of the medical equipment in bidding.Methods Through selecting at least three intentional brands and looking up the technical datasheet,we extracted the public terms combined with its own hardware and software structures.After inviting manufacturers to fill the specific parameters of their own brand in the public terms,we analyzed and compared the performance differences of their brands and established the final parameters according to the actual demands.Statistical method was used to analyze the application effect of the template.Results The average time spent for writing the parameters of 2020 were shorter than that of 2019,with statistically significant difference(t=2.39,P<0.05).The query of 2020 was less than that of 2019,and the satisfaction of 2020 was higher than that of 2019,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=4.188,4.703,P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to improve the quality and work efficiency in writing parameters with the help of parameter template,as well as reduce parameter query in bidding.
