摘　　要：通过分析医院医疗设备第三方托管前后的管理现状、2018—2020年3年托管服务所带来的优势及问题,探讨未来医院第三方托管下的管理思路。实践效果证明,第三方托管有效地提升了医院医疗设备开机率,缩短了整体修复时间。在未来与第三方的合作中,医院需要进一步明确双方责任义务,建立健全人员考核监督管理机制,同时应逐步加强自身维修队伍的建设。By analyzing the current situation of hospital medical equipment management before and after the third-party trusteeship,the advantages and problems brought by the three-year trusteeship service from 2018—2020,the management ideas under the thirdparty trusteeship management in the future in hospitals were investigated.The application effects showed that the third-party trusteeship improved the operation rate and reduced the overall repair time.In the cooperation with the third-party trusteeship in the future,the hospital needs to further clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties,establish and improve the personnel assessment and supervision management mechanism,and meanwhile the hospital needs to gradually improve its own maintenance team construction.
