摘 要:室温磷光材料(RTP)是十分重要的发光材料,其光致发光时间远长于荧光材料,故其在检测、防伪、信息保护等方面发挥着重要的作用.传统的室温磷光材料多为含贵金属元素的无机或有机配合物,这些配合物存在制备过程较复杂且具有毒性等缺陷.为此,本实验以天然的壳聚糖作为碳源,通过微波辅助高效制备法得到了磷杂室温磷光碳点(CDs),并通过一系列的表征(XPS、UV-vis、FT-IR和TEM等)证明,磷的掺杂能有效地延长CDs的磷光寿命,本实验也表明此类发光材料在发光领域有着潜在的应用价值.Room temperature phosphorescent(RTP)materials is a kind of important luminescent materials,whose luminescent time is much longer than that of fluorescent materials.They have a variety of applications ranging from detection,anti-counterfeiting to information security protection.Traditional room temperature phosphorescence materials are mostly precious metal inorganic or organic complexes,which have some defects such as complex preparation process and toxicity.In our report,the natural compounds chitosan was used as carbon source to prepare P-doped carbon dots RTP materials effectively through micro-wave approach.After a series of measurements(XPS,UV-Vis,FT-IR,and TEM,etc.),it was proved that phosphorus doping can extend the phosphorescent lifetime effectively,which suggested that this kind of luminescent materials has the potential application value in the luminescence area.
