摘　　要：[目的]建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定40%福·霜·敌磺钠可湿性粉剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用Wartes Trature C_(18)5μm反相色谱柱,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-水,体积比40:60,紫外荧光检测器波长254 nm的条件下,得到的谱图分离效果较好。[结果]该方法的线性相关系数为0.9921(福美双),平均回收率为99.00%。[结论]该方法操作简单,精密度和准确度高,适用于40%福·霜·敌磺钠可湿性粉剂中有效成分含量的测定。[Aims] This study aims to establish a quantitative analysis method for the determination of thiram·metalaxyl·disulfonate 40% WP by HPLC. [Methods] Using Wartes Trature C_(18)5 μm reverse phase chromatography column, set flow rate at 0.8 m L/min, set column temperature at 30 ℃, the mobile phase was methanol-water, 40:60 by vol, set UV detector at 254 nm wavelength, the spectrum separation effect obtained is better. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of this method is 0.9921(thiram), and the average recovery rate is 99.00%.[Conclusions] The method is simple in operation, high in precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of the content of active ingredients in thiram·metalaxyl·disulfonate 40% WP.
