摘 要:[目的]明确吡唑醚菌酯及与生物农药复配防治桃枝枯病的作用效果。[方法]采用田间小区试验评价吡唑醚菌酯对桃枝枯病的防效,菌丝生长抑制法测定吡唑醚菌酯与生物农药复配对枝枯病菌的生物活性及对病害的抑制效果。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯对桃枝枯病的防效为72.99%,明显优于多菌灵和咪鲜胺等;吡唑醚菌酯与中生菌素或申嗪霉素复配对枝枯病菌ZN32和TBF1701均有较好的增效或相加作用,吡唑醚菌酯与中生菌素1:3或与申嗪霉素1:1、3:1复配对病害抑制作用显著。[结论]吡唑醚菌酯及与中生菌素或申嗪霉素复配对桃枝枯病有较好的防治作用。[Aims] Peach shoot blight is an important disease on peach trees in southern China. This study aims to verify the control effects of pyraclostrobin and its mixture with biopesticides against peach shoot blight. [Methods] Field trial was used to evaluate the control effect of pyraclostrobin on peach shoot blight, and the mycelial growth inhibition method and the inoculation test were used to determine the biological activities of pyraclostrobin combined with biopesticide zhongshengmycin and shenqinmycin to the pathogen Phomopsis amygdali and the inhibitory effect on the disease, respectively. [Results] The control effect of pyraclostrobin on peach shoot blight was 72.99%, which was significantly better than conventional fungicides such as carbendazim and prochloraz. The mixtures of pyraclostrobin and zhongshengmycin or shenqinmycin had good synergistic or additive effects on P. amygdali strain ZN32 and TBF1701, and the mixed ratio of 1:3 mixtures of pyraclostrobin and zhongshengmycin, and the 1:1, 3:1 mixtures of pyraclostrobin and shenqinmycin had significant inhibitory effects on peach shoot blight. [Conclusions] Pyraclostrobin and its mixtures with biopesticide zhongshengmycin and shenqinmycin have better control effects on peach shoot blight.
