摘  要:总结了先张法预应力混凝土空心桥板拱度值全过程控制的现状,分析先张法预应力混凝土空心桥板拱度值失控的危害与原因,进而提出更有效的拱度值全过程控制技术:针对拱度值偏大者增加先张法预应力钢绞线的失效长度,保证放张后拱度值小于设计值,再设置拱度值精准控制及其损失的预防性补偿系统,桥板运输安装前将其张拉,把拱度值精准控制到设计值;运营阶段设置体外预应力系统,实时监测并进行预防性拱度值损失补偿,避免由于拱度值损失累积过大而导致桥板承载能力下降。通过全过程控制技术,实现拱度值的精准控制,使桥梁持续保持设计承载能力,确保桥梁质量。At first,the current situation of the whole process control of pretensioned prestressed concrete hollow bridge slab arch value is summarized,and then the hazards and causes of out-of-control pretensioned prestressed concrete hollow bridge slab arch value is analyzed,and then a more effective full process control technology for arch value is proposed.Increase the failure length of pre-tensioned prestressed steel strands for those with a large camber value to ensure that the camber value after untensioning is less than the design value,and then set up a preventive compensation system for precise control of the camber value and its loss.The bridge slab is stretched before transportation and installation to accurately control the camber value to the design value.The external prestressing system is set up in the operation stage,real-time monitoring and preventive camber loss compensation are carried out to avoid the excessive accumulation of camber value loss which leads to the reduce of the load-bearing capacity of the bridge slab.Through the whole process control technology,the precise control of the camber value is realized,so that the bridge can continue to maintain the design bearing capacity and ensure the bridge quality.
