摘 要:针对正交异性桥面板自重轻、承载能力大以及施工周期短等优点,本文以某城市连续钢箱梁桥中U肋设计参数作为研究对象,通过足尺模型试验,研究桥面板易出现开裂的位置和有限元模拟钢箱梁桥U肋截面变化对全桥竖向位移、应力的影响。研究结果表明,在实际工程中常用的连续钢箱梁桥细部U肋处容易产生开裂,但钢箱梁并未发生破坏,只在局部焊缝和弧形缺口处发生开裂和应力集中;进而通过有限元模拟U肋的参数值(U肋高度、U肋厚度),对U肋的参数进行改变,与足尺模型中的设计尺寸进行挠度和应力对比,对比结果显示,U肋高度越高,主要截面的应力和挠度值越小,但不成线性关系,U肋高度为0.28 m和0.30 m时,受力性能最优;随U肋厚度增加,主要截面也呈现应力和挠度值减小的情况,下降最大的截面厚度为12 mm。本试验研究结论可为同类型连续钢箱梁桥中U肋的设计提供思路。In view of the advantages of light weight,large bearing capacity and short construction period of orthotropic bridge deck,this paper takes the design parameters of U-rib in a continuous steel box girder bridge in a city as the research object.Through full-scale model test,the location where the bridge deck is prone to crack and the influence of the change of U-rib section of the steel box girder bridge on the vertical displacement and stress of the whole bridge are studied by finite element simulation.The results show that the U-rib of the continuous steel box girder bridge commonly used in practical engineering is easy to crack,but the steel box girder is not damaged,and only cracks and stress concentration occur at the local weld and arc defects.Then through the finite element simulation of the parameters of the U-rib(U-rib height,U-rib thickness),the parameters of the U-rib are changed,and the deflection and stress of the design size in the full scale model are compared.The comparison results show that the higher the height of the U-rib,the smaller the stress and deflection of the main section,but there is no linear relationship.When the height of the U-rib is 0.28 m and 0.30 m,the mechanical performance is the best.With the increase of U-rib thickness,the stress and deflection of the main section also decrease,and the thickness of the section with the largest decrease is 12 mm.The conclusions of this study can provide ideas for the design of U-ribs in the same type of continuous steel box girder bridges.
